1. About PaceSeeker

PaceSeeker is a non-custodial, client-side software utility that runs locally on your device. It supports three trading strategies:

• DEX Arbitrage — Sandwich and atomic arbitrage on Solana DEXs via Jupiter Aggregator
• CEX Arbitrage — Cross-exchange arbitrage using your CEX API keys
• DCA Bot — Dollar-cost averaging bot with AI-driven multi-timeframe analysis, take profit, stop loss, and safety orders on Solana

It is not a financial institution, exchange, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or money services business. PaceSeeker does not:

• Hold, custody, or control your funds or digital assets
• Match orders or operate an order book
• Execute trades on your behalf or exercise discretion over your capital
• Access your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials
• Provide investment advice, recommendations, or guarantees of any kind

All trading activity is initiated by your API keys, session keys, and wallet signatures through third-party interfaces (Solana RPC nodes, Jupiter Aggregator, Jito Block Engine, and/or centralized exchange APIs). PaceSeeker processes parameters you define locally and forwards instructions to these external services.

PaceSeeker is actively developed software with internal security hardening and multiple layers of trade protection. SIM mode is available to test functionality without using real funds.

2. Self-Custody

PaceSeeker is self-custodial:

• Your private keys never leave your device.
• Session keys are stored locally in your device's secure hardware-backed storage.
• PaceSeeker developers have no access to your wallet, session keys, funds, or transactions beyond what is visible on the public Solana blockchain.
• PaceSeeker cannot recover your wallet or session key if lost.

3. LIVE Mode

LIVE mode is opt-in. By enabling it, you acknowledge:

• DEX LIVE may transfer real USDC from your session wallet via transactions signed by you.
• CEX LIVE may place real exchange market orders using API keys you provide.
• DCA LIVE may execute real buy and sell swaps on Solana via Jupiter Aggregator based on the bot's AI-driven signals and your configured parameters (deposit amount, buy percentage, take profit, stop loss, safety orders).
• Transactions and exchange orders are irreversible once submitted.
• Network fees, Jito tips, exchange fees, and slippage costs may be paid from your wallet or exchange account.
• CEX LIVE can leave you unhedged if only one leg of a two-exchange arbitrage fills.
• DCA LIVE may accumulate positions during downtrends. Stop-loss is not guaranteed to execute at the configured price due to slippage and network conditions.
• Trades in LIVE mode use real funds and can result in profit or loss.

4. Third-Party Dependencies

PaceSeeker relies on external APIs and blockchain infrastructure maintained by independent third parties:

• Exchange-side API modifications, deprecations, or endpoint changes
• Rate-limiting, throttling, or IP blocking by RPC or exchange providers
• Blockchain network congestion, validator outages, or protocol upgrades
• Stale quotes, routing errors, or liquidity pool changes
• Bundle rejection, tip estimation errors, or Jito Block Engine downtime

StealthLynk does not operate these services.

5. Fees

DEX trades incur a 0.01 USDC flat fee per transaction and a 10% performance fee on winning trades only. No PaceSeeker app fees apply to CEX trading. You pay blockchain gas fees (SOL), exchange withdrawal/deposit fees, and any other third-party charges. All fees are disclosed before any transaction requiring your signature. StealthLynk does not charge account maintenance, inactivity, withdrawal, or deposit fees.

6. Subscription

PaceSeeker offers an optional monthly subscription that unlocks all premium features. The subscription can be activated at any time — there is no waiting period, season gate, or rollout restriction.

6.1 Plan and Pricing

• Plan: Monthly subscription — $20.00 USD list price
• Duration: 30 days from payment confirmation
• Accepted currencies: SOL, USDC, or SKR (all on Solana). The USD-equivalent amount is charged regardless of currency. SKR pricing is dynamically quoted via Jupiter at checkout
• Promo codes: A 50% discount is available with a valid promo code (format: PS + 8 alphanumeric characters + 4 hex checksum). Codes are distributed via @StealthLynkIO on x.com and cherry.fun
• Payment: Signed by your owner wallet via MWA. The on-chain transaction includes a payment memo for recovery purposes

6.2 What the Subscription Unlocks

One subscription covers everything — there are no separate tiers:

• DEX Atomic mode: Both swaps bundled into one all-or-nothing transaction
• DEX Auto mode: Automatic preset switching based on configured hours or market sentiment
• CEX LIVE trading: Real cross-exchange arbitrage via your API keys
• Zero PaceSeeker app fees on all DEX trades: The 0.01 USDC flat fee and 10% performance fee are both waived for subscribers. Solana network fees and exchange fees still apply

6.3 Free Trial

• A 24-hour free trial starts automatically on your first trade (SIM or LIVE)
• The trial grants full premium access — all features unlocked, all fees waived
• The trial is device-bound: uninstalling clears the record; reinstalling starts a fresh trial
• No wallet address or payment is required for the trial

6.4 Expiry and Renewal

• A subscription is active until the expiresAt timestamp (30 days from payment)
• When it expires, premium features revert to free modes: Atomic and Auto fall back to Sandwich, CEX LIVE is disabled, and DEX app fees resume
• The subscription does not auto-renew. You must manually re-subscribe to restore premium access
• SIM mode continues to work without any subscription

6.5 Recovery

• If you uninstall the app or clear storage, the device-bound subscription record is lost
• On reinstall, connect the original billing wallet — the app scans the blockchain for your payment memo and restores the subscription for the remaining time

7. Informational Content

All examples, calculations, preset values, and explanatory content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, trading recommendations, or personalized financial guidance. StealthLynk is a software developer, not a financial advisor, broker, or investment professional. All trading decisions are yours.

8. No Control

StealthLynk has no technical ability to shut down, disable, or revoke your access to PaceSeeker. The app runs entirely on your device with no licensing mechanism or kill switch. Once installed, PaceSeeker continues to function independently of StealthLynk.

You may stop using the App at any time by revoking your session key and uninstalling.

StealthLynk may choose to stop distributing new versions of the app or providing support at any time. This does not affect your ability to continue using the version you have installed.

9. Updates

This page may be updated as new versions of the app are released. The version bundled with the app you have installed governs your use of that version.
